Billing & Subscription
Manage your Intufind subscription through the web dashboard.
Accessing Billing
From the dashboard, click Manage Billing on the subscription card, or navigate to Subscription in the header.
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can manage all billing aspects.

Starting a Subscription
- Go to the Pricing page
- Select your desired plan
- Click Start Free Trial
- Complete checkout via Stripe
- Your subscription is active immediately
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Manage Billing
- In the Stripe portal, click Update plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Manage Billing
- In the Stripe portal, click Update plan
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. You keep higher limits until then.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Dashboard → Manage Billing
- In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- API keys will stop working when access expires
- Your data is retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Dashboard → Manage Billing
- In the Stripe portal, click Payment methods
- Add a new card or update existing
- Set as default if needed
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Dashboard → Manage Billing
- In the Stripe portal, click Billing history
- Download invoices as PDF
Stripe Customer Portal
All billing management happens through Stripe's secure customer portal. You can:
- View and download invoices
- Update payment methods
- Change or cancel subscription
- Update billing address
- Download tax documents
Billing FAQs
When am I charged?
- Free trial: No charge during the 14-day trial
- After trial: Charged immediately when trial ends
- Monthly: Charged on the same date each month
What happens if payment fails?
Stripe will retry failed payments automatically. If payment continues to fail:
- You'll receive email notifications
- After multiple failures, your subscription may be paused
- Update your payment method to restore service
Can I get a refund?
Contact support@intufind.com for refund requests. We handle these case-by-case.
Is there an annual discount?
Contact sales@intufind.com for annual billing options on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, usage limits reset monthly and don't roll over to the next period.
