Subscription & Billing

Manage your Intufind subscription, monitor usage, and handle billing from the Dashboard.

Navigate to Subscription in the dashboard.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Find your desired plan
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Complete payment in Stripe

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Click Downgrade
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current limits until then.

Content Limits
If you downgrade to a plan with lower product/post limits than you've indexed, some content will become unavailable for search. Consider reducing indexed content before downgrading.

Managing Billing

Payment Methods

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:

  • Update credit card
  • View invoices
  • Download receipts
  • Update billing address

Invoices

All invoices are available in the Stripe portal:

  1. Click Manage Billing
  2. Go to Invoice History
  3. Download any invoice as PDF

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. Status changes to Past Due
  2. You receive email notifications
  3. Update payment method in Stripe portal
  4. Payment retries automatically

After multiple failures, your account may be suspended.

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No further charges
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • After 30 days, all data is deleted

Reactivating

If you canceled but changed your mind:

  1. Go to Subscription before your access ends
  2. Click Reactivate
  3. Your subscription continues

If your access has ended:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Select a plan
  3. Complete payment
  4. Sync your content again

Shopify Billing

If you subscribed via Shopify:

  • Billing is managed through Shopify
  • Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
  • Click Manage in Shopify to change plans
  • Dashboard shows read-only plan info

FAQ

When does my billing cycle reset?

Usage limits reset on the same day each month that you subscribed.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact support@intufind.com.

Do unused searches roll over?

No, unused allowances don't roll over to the next month.

What happens if I exceed limits?

Features continue with reduced functionality:

  • Search results may be cached
  • Chat may show "busy" message
  • Upgrade or wait for reset

Is there annual billing?

Contact sales@intufind.com for annual billing options with discount.
