Workspaces

Workspaces represent your connected sites. Each WordPress site, Shopify store, or custom integration has its own workspace with separate settings, content, and analytics.

Navigate to Workspaces in the dashboard sidebar.

Each workspace displays:

Connecting a New Site

Click Connect Site to add a new workspace.

Quick Start: Website Scan (Recommended)

The fastest way to get started — just enter your website URL:

  1. Click Connect Site
  2. Enter your website URL (e.g., yoursite.com)
  3. Click Scan Site
  4. Wait while we automatically crawl and index your content

The scan:

  • Discovers all pages on your site
  • Extracts products, posts, and content
  • Builds your AI knowledge base automatically
  • Creates your workspace when complete
Fast Setup
Most sites are scanned and ready in under 60 seconds. You'll see pages being discovered in real-time during the scan.

Platform Integrations

For deeper integration with automatic sync, use platform-specific options:

WordPress

  1. Install the Intufind plugin
  2. Enter your API key in the plugin settings
  3. Content syncs automatically on changes

Shopify

  1. Install from the Shopify App Store
  2. The store is linked automatically
  3. Products sync via the Shopify app

Developer Options

For custom integrations:

  • REST API — Direct API access for custom builds
  • JavaScript SDK — For Node.js and web apps
  • PHP SDK — For Laravel, Symfony, and more
  • Manual Setup — Create a workspace without scanning

Page Limits

The number of pages scanned depends on your plan:

Workspace Overview

Click a workspace to view its details. The Overview tab shows:

  • Products — Total indexed products
  • Content — Total indexed posts/pages
  • Searches Today — With week-over-week comparison
  • Chats Today — With week-over-week comparison

Managing Content

Knowledge Tab

Browse and manage your indexed content:

  • Filter by type — Products, posts, taxonomies
  • Search — Find specific documents
  • Add content — Manually add items
  • Edit/Delete — Manage existing items

Triggering a Crawl

For sites connected via URL (not WordPress/Shopify):

  1. Go to Knowledge tab
  2. Click Crawl Site
  3. Configure crawl settings
  4. Start the crawl

The crawler indexes:

  • Product pages
  • Blog posts
  • Static pages
  • Category/collection pages

Externally Managed Workspaces

Workspaces created via Shopify are "externally managed":

  • Billing is handled through Shopify
  • Some settings managed in the Shopify app
  • Dashboard provides analytics and advanced configuration

Shopify Integration
For Shopify stores, content sync is managed in the Shopify admin. Use the dashboard for widget customization, analytics, and advanced features like live agent.

Workspace Health

The status indicator shows connection health:
