Installing Intufind on Shopify

Get started with the Intufind AI Shopping Assistant for your Shopify store.

Installation Steps

1. Install from Shopify App Store

1. Visit the Intufind App on the Shopify App Store
2. Click Add app
3. Review the required permissions and click Install app

2. Complete Initial Setup

After installation, you'll be redirected to the Intufind dashboard within your Shopify admin.

Enabling the Chat Widget

The chat widget is delivered via a Shopify App Embed. To enable it:

1. Go to Online Store → Themes in your Shopify admin
2. Click Customize on your active theme
3. Click App embeds (puzzle icon in the left sidebar)
4. Toggle Intufind Chat Widget to ON
5. Click Save

Required Permissions

The Intufind app requires the following permissions:

Permission	Purpose
Read products	Index your product catalog for AI search
Read content	Index blog articles and pages
Read orders	(Optional) Enable order lookup for logged-in customers
App proxy	Serve the chat widget securely
