This page explains how Intufind delivers intelligent search and chat experiences for your website.

The Problem with Traditional Search

Traditional website search uses keyword matching. It breaks queries into individual words and looks for exact matches in your content. This creates problems:

  • "Warm jacket for hiking" might return zero results if your products are labeled "insulated outdoor coat"
  • Typos like "waterproff" return nothing
  • Natural questions like "What goes well with this?" can't be understood

Semantic Search

Intufind uses semantic search—understanding the meaning behind queries, not just the words.

How It Works

Example

A visitor searches: "birthday gift for someone who likes cooking"

Traditional search finds nothing (no products contain these exact words).
