The dashboard home provides an at-a-glance view of your account:

Subscription Status

Your current plan and status:

  • Plan name — Your subscription tier (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Status badge — Trial, Active, Canceled, or Past Due
  • Trial countdown — Days remaining if on trial

AI Performance Insights

Key metrics about your AI assistant's performance:

Usage Summary

Quick view of your usage against plan limits:

  • Search queries used
  • Chat messages used
  • Site scans used
  • Products/content indexed

Usage warnings appear at 80% of limits.

Organizations

If you have multiple organizations (e.g., Shopify stores):

  • Unclaimed Organizations — Shopify stores available to link
  • Your Organizations — Already linked organizations with your role

Navigation

The sidebar provides access to all dashboard sections:

Account

  • Account Settings — Profile and password management
  • API Keys — Manage API keys for integrations
  • Subscription — Plan and billing management
  • Usage — Detailed usage metrics

Workspaces

Each connected site has its own workspace with:

  • Overview — Metrics and trends
  • Chat — Conversations, widget settings, prompts, live agent
  • Search — Search analytics and widget settings
  • Knowledge — Indexed content management
  • Webhooks — Event notifications

First-Time Setup

When you first access the dashboard:

  1. Create an account at intufind.com/register
  2. Start your free trial — 14 days of full access
  3. Connect your first site — WordPress, Shopify, or custom integration
  4. Sync your content — Build your AI knowledge base
  5. Customize your widget — Style and configure the chat/search

If you have multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to navigate between them.

Account Settings

Manage your profile at Account Settings:

Profile

  • Display Name — How your name appears
  • Email — Your login email (read-only)

Password

For password-based accounts:

  • Change your password
  • Requires current password verification

Google Sign-In Users
If you signed up with Google, password management is handled through your Google account settings.

Organization Settings

If you're an organization owner:

  • Organization Name — Edit your organization's display name
  • Leave Organization — Available for non-owners only
