AI Order Support
When WooCommerce is active, the chat widget can help customers check their orders, view order history, and get shipping updates — all through natural conversation.
Navigate to Intufind → Status to check if order support is active.
What Customers Can Do
Logged-in customers can ask the chat assistant about their orders:
| Question Type | Example |
|---|---|
| Order status | "Where is my order?" |
| Order history | "Show me my recent orders" |
| Order details | "What was in order #1234?" |
| Tracking | "Do you have tracking info for my last order?" |
The AI retrieves real order data from WooCommerce and responds with accurate, personalized information.
Requirements
Order support is automatically enabled when:
- WooCommerce is installed and active
- Intufind is connected (API key configured)
- Status shows "Registered" on the Status page
No additional setup required — it just works.
Security
What's Protected
| Visible to Customer | Never Exposed |
|---|---|
| Order status | Payment method details |
| Order items & totals | Credit card numbers |
| Shipping address | Other customers' orders |
| Tracking info | Admin notes |
For Guest Customers
Customers who aren't logged in can still use the chat for product questions, but order lookups require authentication. The AI will prompt them to log in if they ask about orders.
Checking Status
To verify order support is working:
- Go to Intufind → Status
- Look for the Order Support section
- Status should show Registered

If Status Shows "Not Registered"
- Verify WooCommerce is active
- Click Retry Registration
- Check that no security plugins are blocking the connection
Disabling Order Support
To disable AI-powered order lookups in the chat:
- Deactivate WooCommerce — Disables order lookups but keeps your search and chat working
- Disconnect from Intufind — Removes everything (see warning below)
There's no separate toggle for order lookups — they're automatically enabled when WooCommerce is active.
