Intufind offers tiered pricing to match your store's needs. All plans include a free trial to get started.

Accessing Billing

Navigate to the Billing section in the Intufind app to view plans and manage your subscription.

All plans include a free trial period:

• Personal & Starter: 7 days
• Professional & Enterprise: 14 days

No credit card required to start your trial.

Subscribing

1. Navigate to Billing in the Intufind app
2. Select your desired plan
3. Click Get Started or Upgrade
4. Complete the Shopify billing confirmation
5. Your subscription is active immediately

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to Billing
2. Scroll to Manage Subscription
3. Click Cancel Subscription

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Billing Through Shopify

All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Intufind uses Shopify's native billing system for:

• Secure payment processing
• Consolidated billing with other Shopify charges
• Easy subscription management

Usage Tracking

Monitor your usage in real-time:

• Navigate to Usage & Limits to see current consumption
• Receive warnings at 75% and 90% usage
• Usage resets monthly
