Track your AI feature usage and understand your plan limits.

Accessing Usage

Navigate to Usage & Limits in the Intufind app.

Account Information

Current Tier

Displays your active subscription plan:

  • Personal
  • Starter
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

Quota Reset

Shows when your monthly usage limits reset.

Monitor consumption for each AI feature:

Status Badges

Multi-Site Usage

Important: Usage is aggregated across all sites using the same license/subscription.

If you have multiple stores (staging, production, etc.), usage from all stores contributes to your totals.

Refreshing Data

Click Refresh Usage Data to get the latest statistics.

Note: Usage data refreshes automatically every 5 minutes.

Debug Mode

If you see a "Debug Mode Active" banner:

  • All limits are bypassed for testing
  • Data shown is for display purposes only
  • Real enforcement still occurs in cloud services

What Happens at Limit?

When you reach a limit:

Recommendations

  • 75% usage: Consider upgrading soon
  • 90% usage: Upgrade recommended
  • 100% usage: Upgrade required for continued service

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Navigate to Billing
  2. Select a higher-tier plan
  3. Complete the upgrade
  4. New limits take effect immediately

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my usage higher than expected?

  • Development/staging sites count toward usage
  • Each AI response counts as one message
  • Complex queries may count as multiple

Can I buy additional usage?

Currently, usage is included with plans. Contact support for custom enterprise needs.

Does unused usage roll over?

No, usage resets monthly and does not roll over.

How accurate is the usage data?

Usage data is cached and refreshes every 5 minutes. For real-time limits, the cloud service enforces exact counts.
