Navigate to Intufind → Analytics in WordPress admin.

Overview
The Analytics page provides insights into:
- Chat conversations and messages
- Search queries and results
- AI performance and accuracy
- User engagement patterns
Conversations
Conversation List
View all chat conversations with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique conversation identifier |
| Started | When the conversation began |
| Messages | Number of messages exchanged |
| Status | Active, Completed, or Handed Off |
| Duration | Total conversation time |
Viewing a Conversation
Click any conversation to see:
- Full message history
- User queries and AI responses
- Any product/content recommendations shown
- Handoff details (if applicable)
Conversation Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Conversation in progress |
| Completed | Naturally ended |
| Handed Off | Transferred to live agent |
| Abandoned | User left without resolution |
Filtering & Search
Filter conversations by:
- Date range — Today, last 7 days, last 30 days, custom
- Status — Active, completed, handed off
- Contains — Search for specific words in conversations
Key Metrics
Track performance over time:
Conversation Metrics
- Total conversations — Number of chats started
- Avg. messages per conversation — Engagement depth
- Completion rate — % that reached natural end
- Handoff rate — % transferred to humans
Search Metrics
- Total searches — Number of search queries
- Zero-result searches — Queries with no matches
- Avg. results per search — Result volume
- Click-through rate — % that clicked a result
Exporting Data
Export conversation data for external analysis:
- Set your desired filters
- Click Export
- Choose format (CSV or JSON)
- Download the file
Exported data includes:
- Conversation metadata
- Message content
- Timestamps
- User actions
Privacy Considerations
Analytics data:
- ✓ Anonymized (no PII stored)
- ✓ Retained per your plan (7-90 days)
- ✓ Exportable for your records
- ✓ Deletable on request
Visitor personal information is not collected or stored.
Using Analytics Effectively
Identify Content Gaps
Review zero-result searches to find:
- Missing products
- Undocumented topics
- New content opportunities
Improve AI Responses
If conversations frequently hand off:
- Review the handoff conversations
- Identify common issues
- Add custom instructions (Chatbot → Settings)
Optimize Prompts
Low-engagement prompts indicate poor fit:
- Check which prompts are clicked
- Replace underperformers
- A/B test new prompts
