Best Practices
Keep It On-Brand
Use language that matches your store's tone and voice:
- Casual: "Hey! What are you looking for today?"
- Professional: "Welcome. How may I assist you?"
- Friendly: "Hi there! I'm here to help!"
Set Expectations
Use the subtitle or greeting subtext to tell visitors what the AI can do:
- "I can help with product questions, shipping, and recommendations"
- "Ask me about sizing, materials, or to compare products"
Keep It Short
Long headers and greetings can feel overwhelming. Aim for:
- Header title: 1-3 words
- Header subtitle: Under 10 words
- Welcome message: Under 15 words
